Shipping & Returns

At A1 Aroma, we handle every fragrance shipment as a bespoke curation. Our hand-distilled attar oils and Eau De Parfums are packaged securely in luxury custom glass bottles and protective seal cases to preserve fragrance profiles during transit.

Domestic Logistics (India): We offer complimentary express delivery across India. National orders are dispatched from our Hapur studio within 24-48 hours, arriving within 2 to 4 business days. Trackable delivery updates are shared immediately.

International Curation: We ship worldwide using DHL Express and FedEx Priority. International shipping rates are calculated dynamically. Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days depending on customs clearances. Custom clearance fees are client responsibility.

Due to the intimate, natural, and organic essence of our hand-crafted pure oil attars and high-end spray perfumes, we strictly enforce a 14-day curation return policy.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the luxury packaging, bottle, and outer seal must remain unopened and completely untampered with. Any bottle with a broken security strip or evidence of spray test cannot be restocked and will be returned to the client.
